The Booking Procedure

So are you ready to book Dunton Memorial Hall for your party? It's really straightforward just follow these steps.

First check the date you would like to book in the Bookings Calendar to see if it's available.  The booking calendar shows dates and times which are already booked;  if the day is not showing, it should be free for you to request a booking.

Email duntonvillagehallbookings@gmail.com with your request to hire, date, times etc.  We will email you a booking form for completion along with our terms and conditions of hire.  We will  endeavour to respond to all emails within 48 hours.

Please read the terms and conditions (see next page), complete the booking form and post or deliver it to our treasurer with the full hire fee along with a security deposit of £100,, preferably by bank transfer.  Upon receipt of the form and fees, your booking will be confirmed and entered onto the bookings calendar.  Please note that we do require a physical signed booking form;  this is a requirement of our insurance.

The code to the key safe and car park gate will be emailed to you the morning of your hire, for you to gain access to the hall ready for you to enjoy your event.

After your hire, as long as there are no issues, and the hall has been left tidy with tables and chairs put away, your security deposit will be refunded to your nominated bank account.
